Absolutely happy
Absolutely happy about the dealings with LDMountain. Super fast delivery. All as expected
Exceptional service.
Needed to purchase a particular lightweight waterproof top. Ordered with a major outlet on line Easter Friday, to be told on the Tuesday that the item was not available. Ordered with LDMountain Centre that afternoon (after the cut off time for dispatch that day) and received it on the Thursday. All I can say is wow and thankyou.

They advertised trainers for £100…
They advertised trainers for £100 less in a sale so I bought them a day later i get a email saying there was a pricing mistake and ican have a refund or pay 100 pounds more they do not follow trading standards rules and they are not a British company so nothing I can do about it . Any brittish company would have to honour the sale . They don't even have a complaints department just said they would speak to managing director as if they would tell him they made a mistake would never buy from them again and there will be import taxes because of brexit now . Stay well clear of this joke of a company as u have no comeback if anything goes wrong

totally rubbish
totally rubbish.
pair of flip flop i bought. The left pair is very tight. You need pay for return postage label. sounds like my fault. Very big mitake to purchase from them.

Won’t accept return unused items
I ordered a pair of climbing shoes that didn’t fit. When I returned the parcel in the original box it came in, the company didn’t want to accept the return because I had put the post label on the cardboard package that I received (this was instructed by the Hermes return notes).
Not accepting a return because of a (already damaged) cardboard box is unacceptable
Great product and delivery.
I ordered an Anon helmet. It was dispatched same day and arrived a couple days later so very good delivery time! The helmet was also great, everything I hoped for.
Shop elsewhere
Order placed on 20 th Feb and paid for fast delivery as I needed the items quickly, now on 23rd Feb item not yet shipped. LD are obviously taking orders for goods they do not have in stock.
Sent an email and received one reply stating my order may be with me buy 24 Feb.
Emailed again on 23rd asking for confirmation my order has been shipped and asked for tracking details, no reply received.
Tried to call without success, shop line 1 if off hook constantly, lines 2 and 3 recorded messages only. It's impossible to speak to anyone.
I would simply cancel my order if there was only a way to do it.
Wish I had read TrustPilot reviews before placing my order never again.
Update,
LD emailed me later today 23rd to say was a "stock error" in one of the items in my two item order, something I've read in other reviews.
They offered to send one item or cancel both with a full refund, I chose the latter, refund was processed quickly.
Found what I needed in stock elsewhere.
Shopping on line should not be this difficult, original sentiment stands, shop elsewhere.

Frustrating experience
Shopping with LD Mountain Centre has been a really frustrating experience. Firstly they sent me someone else's order, with completely the wrong items and their full name and address details on the invoice. When I contacted them they were barely apologetic, nor did they acknowledge that this was a data protection issue. Waited almost another week for the order to be re-dispatched, had to go to the inconvenience of returning the incorrect parcel and then waiting again for my original order to be delivered. To add insult to injury, DPD claimed I wasn't at home so I had to wait even longer and collect my original parcel from a local shop. All of this hassle, two weeks of waiting and not even an offer of a refund on the delivery charge. Very poor all round.

Don’t bother paying postage. Nothing but lies.
Ordered Friday 17:20hrs. Pair of Rab Trousers. I could of had free delivery but I chose £4.99 for PayPal tracked express delivery. When the parcel is handed to courier it says you will get an update via email. By the following Tuesday I still have not got them or update via email. I phone them to enquire and they say it can take up to 5 working days. 5 days from Newcastle!! I asked what’s the point in paying £4.99 express delivery? They then told me it would take longer! From Newcastle! Just chose free delivery and forget paying any postage. It’s a Con. They should reimburse my £4.99 by rights. I haven’t paid for any service just been conned.
Correspondence is also shocking. I emailed them on Monday the day before but no reply. I also tried to call them but option one it sounds like a dialling tone from a fax machine and nobody answers. Options 2 & 3 they tell you you have to email the department your after and they end the call. Shocking!
UPDATE 19.02.22
Had to phone them yesterday to enquire on my order again!! Guy who answered the phone had to take my number and call me to within an hour.
2 hours later he called me say that Royal Mail had lost the parcel. That’s strange because when you pay for tracked delivery you normally get a message with tracking number when the courier receives the parcel. I never got nothing. I requested a refund. I then checked their website and found they were out of stock of the same item and size i originally ordered.
As far as I’m concerned they never had the item in the first place and tried to give Royal Mail a bad name for no reason. I have dropped rating to 1 star. I am now wondering if I would ever got my refund if I hadn’t of called LD Mountain. Never again!!!
Awful customer service
ordered some north face slippers. one week later they refunded me with no explanation.
I emailed and asked why and was told the item was damaged. I asked for a photo which they could not provide.
Clearly a stocking error like many other reviews. They could have just been open and honest from the beggining.

I should have listened to other similar…
I should have listened to other similar reviews. I placed an order on an expensive sleeping mat that I need for next week, and it took them 3 days to tell me there’s been an ‘error’ as it’s not even in stock! Other reviewers have had the same experience. Now I don’t have time to get one for our trip next week so now our trip is ruined.
UPDATE:
Just found the same mat on elite mountain supplies website! Lots in stock, 5% off voucher for first purchase, and free next day delivery!! (LD Mountain Centre charge £5.99 or £3.99 for 7-10 day delivery) So i’ll have it in time for our trip. Winner winner!
